Catherine Donley has been actively engaged in the appraisal and analysis of various types of commercial and industrial real estate for over 13 years. Ms. Donley joined Mid Atlantic Valuation Group as a Senior Appraiser in September 2007. Prior to joining Mid Atlantic Valuation Group, Ms. Donley worked as a Senior Appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007. Ms. Donley also worked as a staff appraiser for the Reaves C. Lukens Company for six years.

Appraisal and consulting assignments have included a wide array of property types, including apartment communities, office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, retail buildings, mixed-use properties, residential subdivisions and vacant land. Properties appraised have primarily been located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Ms. Donley is a graduate of Temple University, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She has successfully completed all required coursework leading to the MAI designation, passed the Appraisal Institute’s General Comprehensive Exam, and has completed the Appraisal Institute’s continuing education requirements. Ms. Donley is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
